How to reach us

Email is the only channel we operate. There is no telephone line, no live chat and no contact form, which means nothing you send us passes through a third-party service before it arrives.

Written enquiries
If you need to correspond in writing rather than by email, say so in your first message and we will supply a postal address for the operator of this website.

What we can help with

What we cannot help with

We are a catalogue, not an operator. We have no access to any account you hold with a third-party site, and no ability to act on it. That means we cannot recover a lost password, restore a deleted account, reverse a purchase, refund anything, adjust progress, or intervene in a dispute or a moderation decision.

For any of those, contact the support team of the site in question directly. They are the only party who can see your account. If you cannot find their contact details, write to us and we will point you at the right page.

Response times

We aim to reply to ordinary enquiries within five working days. Requests made under the UK General Data Protection Regulation are answered within one month of receipt, as the legislation requires; if a request is complex we will tell you within that month and explain any extension.

To help us act quickly, include the URL of the page you are writing about and, for a data protection request, enough detail for us to locate the records concerned.

If you are not satisfied

If you have raised a data protection concern with us and are unhappy with how it was handled, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the United Kingdom's independent supervisory authority for data protection. The ICO can be reached at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would ask that you give us the chance to put things right first.
